2012-2025 · Participation in COPs
For over a decade, mobilized hundreds of enterprises to participate in the United Nations Climate Change Conferences (COPs), hosted the China Corporate Pavilion, organized/participated in multiple side events at the China Pavilion and UN-related meetings, facilitated international exchanges, and empowered corporate climate action.
2018-2025 · CCCA
Co-initiated the CCCA China Corporate Climate Action network with multiple organizations. Dozens of institutions/enterprises including BYD, NIO, JA Solar have joined. As of 2025, the network has 85 member units.
2018-2025 · China Corporate Climate Action Case Collection
Collected China Corporate Climate Action Cases for 6 consecutive years, having selected and published 110 outstanding cases covering multiple industries and sectors such as green transportation and green finance, documenting the journey of Chinese corporate climate action.
April 2025 · Green Space Action Plan
C Team, jointly with partners including Vanke Wuyun, launched the “Green Space Action Plan” to build a bridge for climate action between space operators and space users.
November 2024 · “Partnering for Certainty” Program
C Team launched the “Partnering for Certainty” program with support from Tencent SSV, promoting training and green employment in the sustainability field through innovative digital means. The “Partnering for Certainty” mini-program launched in July 2025.
July 2024 · COP Peer Support
Jointly launched “COP Peer Support” with China Association for NGO Cooperation and other institutions to support Chinese social organizations’ participation in international dialogue and empower civil society’s engagement in international issues.
August 2024 · “We Talk Carbon”
Co-initiated the “We Talk Carbon” new media program with Phoenix TV and two other organizations, linking enterprises and youth, and empowering youth climate action.
Starting from Month X, 2023 · Just/Inclusive Transition
Focused on the just/inclusive transition of enterprise employees, supporting enterprises in conducting green transition sustainably, and facilitating the connection between corporate just transition and transition finance.
2020 · C-Position Youth Talk
Initiated “C-Position Youth Talk”, collaborated with TED, Phoenix TV, and other organizations to showcase climate actions of over 60 youth, promoting youth climate entrepreneurship and dissemination of low-carbon concepts.
2018-2019 · YGT Youth Environmental Innovation Program
Co-initiated and implemented the YGT Youth Environmental Innovation Program, selecting outstanding youth environmental entrepreneurs, and building a platform for showcasing and international exchange for young environmental entrepreneurs.
2017 · Green Rural Source
The C Team project team piloted the promotion of clean cookstove use among rural residents in Shaanxi. The “Green Rural Source” plan was implemented the following year, focusing on rural clean energy and community development.
May 2017 · Daodao Registration
Daodao Climate Change Promotion Center was officially registered and established in Shenzhen.
2014 · C Team Initiation
Wang Shi and other business leaders and environmental public welfare figures jointly initiated the C Team (Climate Change Entrepreneurs Alliance).
