With the vision of empowering enterprises to accelerate the achievement of the “Dual Carbon” goals, we focus on key relevant industries and will progressively launch three key modules: Talent & Capability Acceleration, Scientific Action Acceleration, and Global Influence Acceleration.

The Net Zero Drive Initiative, guided by the vision of “empowering enterprises to accelerate the achievement of Dual Carbon goals,” focuses on key relevant industries. In its first-phase Dual Carbon Talent Acceleration module, C Team and its partners jointly established the “China Dual Carbon Talent Acceleration Program.” Targeting corporate management, technical staff, and professionals in various roles such as carbon accounting, carbon trading, production operations and energy management, and green supply chain management, the program adopts an innovative platform-based operational model comprising a “Knowledge Center” and an “Incentive Center.” This approach addresses issues such as low training efficiency and high upskilling costs for corporate Dual Carbon personnel, effectively helping enterprises and key industries enhance the overall capabilities of their Dual Carbon workforce.

The project addresses scenarios and challenges related to empowering supply chain and value chain partners in achieving Dual Carbon goals by providing targeted solutions. By introducing philanthropic funding, it supports the training and capacity-building needs of Chinese enterprises’ supply and value chain partners. Through an innovative internet-based platform model, the program enables precise matching between personnel and knowledge/technologies/methodologies, significantly reducing time investment and financial costs. This approach enhances the motivation of supply chain and industry practitioners, effectively strengthens the overall decarbonization capabilities of corporate supply and value chains, and accelerates enterprises’ progress toward Dual Carbon goals and ESG performance.

Specifically, amid the multiple driving forces accelerating the achievement of Dual Carbon goals, C Team will focus more intensely on the “human dimension,” including: enhancing the Dual Carbon capabilities of key personnel, supporting the just transition of industry practitioners, and building a green employment market system. We believe that only by comprehensively improving human capacity for Dual Carbon action, facilitating workforce transformation, and establishing a robust market ecosystem can the Dual Carbon goals of industries and enterprises be truly realized.

We will intensify the integration of digital and intelligent tools and methodologies, merging data, human resources, and knowledge into a comprehensive and organic solution. Through digital means, we can more efficiently collect, process, and analyze data to provide precise support for individuals across diverse fields, roles, and hierarchies. By leveraging intelligent technologies, we can more effectively identify and forecast market trends, delivering specialized guidance for industries and enterprises.
